I'm not sure recommending health regen to a Tassadar is really correct. Most tassadars rarely need life regen in the first place, due to their high shield pool drawing on it's own regeneration rate and most creatures(particularly late-game/with Archon mastery) one-shotting a shieldless tassadar's life in a single attack in the first place.
