- Millisecond Targeting: Removes Strafe's damage penalty.
- Hunter Killer: Changes Strafe's movespeed penalty into a 10% movespeed bonus
- Lightweight Equipment Mastery: Reduces Strafe's cooldown by 2 seconds per stack, -40 seconds total. When combined with Havoc, this reduces Strafe's cooldown to 6 seconds.
- Rapid Fire: Increases Strafe's attack speed bonus to 600%.
- Focused Attacks: Increases Strafe's duration to 5 seconds.
